Exit Highway 101 at milepost 141.2 at the Southern end of the Fabulous Yaquina Bay Bridge and proceed past the Rogue Brewery on OSU Drive to the Marine Science Center (½ mile), then turn left (west), crossing the parking lot to the Boat Launch and Newport Belle Bed and Breakfast Riverboat.
